Family Intensive Treatment Program
The FIT program provides home and community based comprehensive, flexible and individualized services to children, adolescents and their families using an outcome-driven treatment model. Referrals for the FIT program are made through the Montrose and Delta County Department of Health and Human Services.

Cedar Creek Day Treatment Program
The Day Treatment Program is a collaborative effort between the Center, Montrose County Department of Health and Human Services, and the Montrose RE-1J School District. The program goal is to offer a placement alternative within the community for children who are experiencing behavior problems that cannot be managed in the schools and are at risk of out-of-home placement. Participants in this program are referred by the school and DHHS.

Migrant Outreach Program
This special program has a focus on support groups for Spanish-speaking women in the Montrose, Olathe, and Delta. The program also provides translation services for the Center and other community agencies.
