The Center for Mental Health serves six counties, including
Montrose, Delta, Gunnison, Ouray,
San Miguel and Hinsdale. Our service area is
9600 square miles. The geography of our service area
is punctuated by high mountain passes that sometimes
make travel difficult in our rural region.
The communities we serve vary widely, including the
ranching and mining towns of Somerset, Norwood, Delta,
and Olathe, as well as the high profile resort towns
of Crested Butte and Telluride. Populations range from
790 in Hinsdale County to 33,432 in Montrose County.
